careerpilot does not control or influence employer decisions.

7. Interview Ready Status

Interview Ready status is determined based on:

  • Identity verification
  • Assessment performance
  • Platform-defined readiness criteria

This status is:

  • A verification signal only
  • Not a guarantee of job placement
  • Subject to change based on updated data or activity

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including:

  • Assessments
  • Scoring frameworks

9. Prohibited Conduct
